泰瑞莎這次要來介紹的,是隸屬於象園咖啡旗下的simple by elephant garden
整間店使用黃色,木頭色,顯現出簡約的空間感,店內採自助式點餐,有舒適的座椅
以及悠閒的氛圍,還有可愛的小象作為裝飾
The whole coffee shop sells dinner, bruch and delicious dessert.
泰瑞莎和友人體驗的是早午餐組合,泰瑞莎的是燒肉早午餐,友人的則是燻鮭魚
不過這燒肉早午餐跟泰瑞莎想像的有點不一樣,以為是像日式燒肉那樣,
沒想到這燒肉吃起來也太像豬腳了吧,不過還算不錯啦,紫色的是馬鈴薯泥
糖心蛋也還Ok,麵包烤的中規中矩,味道果然蠻simple,最令人驚豔的
是他的飯阿,香甜Q彈,加上他們家的獨門醬汁,真是讓人一口接一口停不下來啊
真是有點後悔沒有他們家的飯><
The brunch is not as well as I though, but the most fabulous part is the rice.
The rice is wet and the texture is soft and that is Taiwanese rice!!
I love the rice so much and regret I didn't order rice cuisine.
燻鮭魚也很不錯,不過泰瑞莎真的還要在大推一次他們家的米飯!!
早午餐的米飯可以表現到這樣,真是可圈可點!!
泰瑞莎的飲料的是現打果汁,好像有香蕉等等的綜合果汁,
蠻好喝的,而且吃這個加果汁很清爽,只不過飲料裝在透明塑膠杯
有點失去質感,所以就不放上來了
再來就是CP值高到爆表的抹茶小象鬆餅!! 泰瑞莎推薦為必點!!
抹茶冰淇淋香氣濃郁,卻又不苦,搭上煮的香濃綿密的紅豆,還有充滿顆粒口感
的巧克力碎片,加上剛出爐的,香脆可口的鬆餅(泰瑞莎私心覺得比較像雞蛋糕)
裡面還有Q彈的麻糬餡,真的是完美的甜點下午茶首選阿!! 而且這道才180
以鬆餅價格來說,算是CP值蠻高的
The most outstanding part is the dessert. After all, you go to a coffee shop, you should try its dessert.
The pancake with motcha ice-cream has thick motcha flavor but it won't taste bitter.
The well-cooked red bean with the ice-cream is the most perfect combination.
Besides, the pancake has mochi in it, and its cover is crispy and delicious.
泰瑞莎的磅蛋糕,苦甜巧克力濃郁紮實,每一口都是香濃的巧克力味,
不過不知道是不是磅蛋糕本體就是如此,泰瑞莎覺得磅蛋糕偏乾,是比較可惜的一點
The chocolate cake was made by the black chocolate that it tastes both bitter and sweet.
However, it is a little bit dry that makes me drink lots of water.
店員請吃的小象造型巧克力,不過偏甜
整體而言
Simple的甜點表現非常出色
是個適合三五好友相聚
喝下午茶吃甜點的地方
