松鼠莎覓食趣(Teresa's Dining Review)

泰瑞莎這次要來介紹家附近非常好吃的牛肉麵~津見坊

這間牛肉麵店是獲得台北秘密客評審特別獎

It's time for me to recommend you the most palatable beef noodles in Taipei,

the savorylane beef noodles. It was rewarded for its braised beef noodles.

紅燒牛肉麵是招牌 還有日本和牛牛肉麵(不過現在據說沒賣了)

不吃牛的人還有水餃可以吃喔

泰瑞莎家人一吃這間就愛上 其實就是一試成主顧阿

It also sells wagyu beef noodels, but it's "normal" beef noodles is good enough to

make you visit this restaurant again and again.

店面坐位不多 不過很乾淨 而且小菜酸梅湯還不賴

Sour plum juice

每來必點的花干 用中藥滷汁下去滷 有著濃郁的香氣 一口咬下

豆皮特有的香甜在嘴中散發開來 真的好好吃阿~

This is called "hua kan"and is one kind of bean curb product. This well-braised bean curb 

is so juicy.  You will also have aroma of Chinese herbs after you ate them.

You should order this if you like any products of bean curbs.

大推他們家的紅燒牛肉麵 泰瑞莎喜歡吃寬麵 麵條Q彈可口

湯頭香醇濃郁不死鹹 清爽卻又香氣四溢 喝到後面還會有種回甘的味道

牛肉片肉質鮮甜多汁 是少數泰瑞莎喜歡的紅燒牛肉麵

The braised beef noodles

It won't be too salty instead it has a taste of clear and fresh.

The chewy noodles and the tasty sliced beef makes

the whole meal turn into a great delicacy.

就算是他們家的細麵 也是偏向拉麵的紮實麵條

清燉牛肉湯 喝得出來用牛骨細細熬煮的清甜

泰瑞莎很喜歡這種肉 多汁軟嫩 又吃的到牛肉本身的甜味

若要說清燉或者紅燒誰好 各有特色 很難選阿

The strewed beef noodles.

It uses ramein noodles and I can't forget the brothy, savoury and fresh taste of this.

I really love this.

最後再來個麻糬 Q彈香甜 好吃

整體而言 

津見坊的牛肉麵讓人驚艷

服務態度很不錯

若你是牛肉麵控 沒吃過津見坊

別說你是牛肉麵控

若你跟泰瑞莎一樣不是牛肉麵控

也一定要去試看看
