泰瑞莎這次跑到蘆洲來了 這間日廚據說是高cp值日式料理
難怪人潮多多 根本滿阿~~~~
It's Japanese food again! This time, we'll visit a restaurant which locates in Luzhou.
Most of the restaurants I went are near to MRT station, so don't worry about how to get there.
他們家的鮭魚蓋飯只要140耶,果真是便宜
其他蓋飯類也是200元以內就吃的到
其他若不吃生的也有烤物 烤魚烤雞腿烤小卷
就稍微貴一些 250起跳,價錢以黑板上的為主阿~
They have many kinds of Chirashi and they are not expensive.
If you don't eat shashimi, you can also choose broiled fish, seafood, or chicken.
I think that's why they have so many customers in "rush hour".
鮮魚吧檯 那燈真的紅的有點詭異XD
其實他們烤魚有紅甘 馬頭等等 但泰瑞莎真的不太會吃魚 所以選了透抽
330 其他海鮮類其實還算蠻合理的價格
Some of cuisine doesn't show on the menu, so you can find them on the blackboard.
忘記加多少就有套餐 但泰瑞莎覺得光單點就吃超飽阿
這沙拉加上油醋醬 蠻清爽的 蔬菜很鮮脆 很不錯呢
The salad is very fresh and the sauce can whet your appetite.
這馬鈴薯燉肉蠻好吃的 馬鈴薯充分的吸收醬汁 配上輕薄軟嫩的肉片
有著媽媽的味道(拭淚)~光這個就可以扒好幾碗飯了吧
The stew potato is good, and if you eat it with the meat slice, the taste will be better.
It can remind you the taste of your home.
副菜味噌湯 就中規中矩囉 比較甜一些
豪華海鮮井來囉 NT450 有鮭魚 鮪魚生魚片 花枝 干貝 海膽 鮭魚卵
天使紅蝦等等 果真豪華!! 看那鮭魚切的多麼厚實~泰瑞莎口水都要流下來拉
他們家的海鮮很新鮮 不過 做法跟高級料理亭還是不太一樣
鮭魚卵不鹹 應該是有處理過 (不過泰瑞莎私心覺得可以用梅汁醃一下會更好吃)
海膽雖然沒有到馬糞海膽如此的香甜 但是至少沒有腥味 還不錯
干貝表現得最好 外皮微焦 裡面鮮甜多汁 好吃
天使紅蝦表現也很Q彈 鮭魚生魚片本身的油香 好好吃
算是充滿飽足感又新鮮美味的一道
We have salmon, tuna, squid,scallops, sea urchin, salmon eggs and shrimp. All of them are fresh.
Though the flavor might not be like the seafood in expensive Japanese restaurants,
they are still tender, doughy, smooth and juicy.
Therefore, I would say they are good choice if you don't want to spend too much
money to eat Japanese cuisine.
這透抽超級大隻!!! 肉質紮實鮮美 Q彈香甜 只是泰瑞莎覺得烤得比較過頭一些
有一點難咬,不過還是不失美味
The big squid is juicy, chewy and has firm texture. I like it.

日廚價位算平價
食材新鮮 如果喜歡吃平價日本料理的朋友們
可以去嚐看看喔
