中秋節快到囉(明明還有快一個月XD),這次泰瑞莎來介紹一之軒的月餅
話說這間旗艦店在泰瑞莎工作的附近,超級大的場地 不只賣喜餅月餅麵包
還有甜點和輕食阿 根本就是個下午茶店~XDDDDDD
It's time to have moon cake because the Moon Festival is approaching.
Today, I'd like to introduce you IJSheng, a moon cake store, now also sells cakes, bread
and sandwitch. You can seat there and have afternoon tea.
盒子美美der~很高雅大方
The bag and the box is elegant and pretty.
但泰瑞莎覺得 怎麼感覺跟照片上的不太一樣,感覺好像被偷吃了一塊,
盒子和點心之間沒有密合,尤其堅果塔跟桂圓酥只給三塊更感覺空間超大
好吧 我就當照片都會變胖一點XDDDD,話說會有桂圓酥據說是因為布朗尼鳳梨酥缺貨
所以就換了個桂圓酥囉~
The whole moon cake set. We also have longan dry cake and Macadamia Nut Tart.
這外型圓圓長得像鳳梨酥的傢伙 就是桂圓酥拉~來吃下午茶囉
滿滿的餡料,可以吃到濃郁的桂圓香氣,又不會過於甜膩,餅皮也還不錯,
只可惜比較乾了一些,需要配點茶喝~(本來下午茶就不能缺茶阿~~~)
The longan dry cake smells good and it won't be too sweet. However, it's really "dry" and you'll need
a cup of tea after eating it.
這堅果塔表現不錯! 塔皮夠酥 而且上面淋上的是龍眼蜜 清爽不甜膩
給的超大方的杏仁 南瓜子 夏威夷豆 聞得到夏威夷豆的香氣 吃的到堅果的口感
算是很優秀的塔喔~
The Macadamia Nut Tart. The texture is crispy and you can eat lots of nuts and they are really wonderful.
接下來 月餅時間~首先登場的是蛋黃酥 一樣以綿密的豆沙餡和蛋黃佐以
千層的香酥口感拉開序幕(不過泰瑞莎私心覺得自己以前做的比較好吃)
Then, this is the yolk pluses bean paste. It tastes not bad but not as good as the one I made before.
表現中規中矩
接著 泰瑞莎的最愛 港式小月餅登場 有豆蛋 蓮蓉跟棗泥口味
豆蛋 其實就是豆沙餡+蛋黃 感覺上跟蛋黃酥很像 只是換了個皮(疑)
不過這款加上蛋黃之後 鹹甜的口感 軟Q的咬勁 還蠻不錯的
I think the stuffing is the same, but the cover is different. The yolk makes the moon cake taste salty
and it won't let you feel the whole thing too sweet.
接著棗泥以全黑之姿 奪下小月餅的冠軍寶座(其實是泰瑞莎的私心XD)
棗泥口味 有著濃郁的棗泥香 還有一點核桃 中和掉甜膩 好吃耶~
The flavor is jujube mud and this is my favorite. It smells really good and adds some nuts.
Excellent flavor!!
蓮蓉 其實吃不太出來是什麼味道 這味道太淡了 而且泰瑞莎本來就不愛蓮藕
(挑食鬼) 不過感覺是很適合老人家的清爽款~
The last one is the lotus seeds moon cake.
I don't like lotus so i think it tastes pretty light and like nothing.
最後 全體大合照 來場月餅疊疊樂~結束這個回合XD
整體而言 一之軒的月餅包裝美麗,月餅小甜點也不錯吃
